Bham Buyers is seeking a highly energetic and motivated Digital Marketing Specialist to join their innovative team focused on real estate investing. The role involves creating and managing Google Ads and other PPC campaigns, analyzing marketing metrics, and collaborating with the sales team to enhance marketing strategies. The ideal candidate should be self-motivated, detail-oriented, and possess strong communication skills, with a desire to grow within the company.

Responsibilities

• Create and monitor Google Ads and other PPC ad campaigns
• Create Google Ads Account and Ad Copy
• Create Google Ads Campaigns and Targeting
• Determine ROAS, CPA, CPBC, MQL, CPMQL, and CTQO metrics
• Report attribution within Google Ads
• Compile, decipher, measure, interpret and report KPIs
• Help strategize and implement marketing efforts
• Supervise key campaigns and conduct market research
• Create and maintain marketing content such as ad copy or social media posts
• Coordinate meetings with marketing partners and executive team members
• Update and gather marketing data to create reports
• Attend team meetings to discuss sales goals and objectives
• Monitor marketing trends and oversee social media accounts
• Conduct search engine optimization (SEO) research
• Reconcile marketing budgets with expenses for campaigns
• Communicate with sales team to establish goals and determine effective marketing strategies

Requirements

• 1 year of experience with Google Ads and other PPC ad campaigns
• Knowledgeable and efficient in marketing attribution
• Ability to work well under pressure
• Strong prioritization and self-motivation skills
• Effective communication skills, both internally and externally
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel
• Comfortable typing and navigating on a computer
