About the position

Iron Lion Entries is seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to focus on Digital Advertising, Search Engine Optimization, and Social Media activities. The role involves creating and promoting content and ads across various digital platforms and printed materials, working closely with Sales and Management, as well as external firms. This full-time position is based in Fairview, TN, and requires the candidate to live in the Nashville area.

Responsibilities

• Create new content and ads daily for Google AdWords, Instagram, Pinterest, and Facebook.
• Schedule engaging social media posts to support products, projects, blog posts, and advertisements to drive traffic to the company website.
• Increase customer engagement through interactive and creative content strategies.
• Manage the company website, including regular updates with new professional photos, videos, and drone footage.
• Collaborate with builders, architecture firms, and interior design teams to run cross-campaigns.
• Focus on ROI strategies and provide weekly reports to management on the success of ad campaigns and various metrics.
• Utilize drone for photos and videos for the website and social media.
• Ensure brand consistency throughout all copy.
• Set and achieve goals for engagement, reach, and conversion on social platforms.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• 4-year bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or communications, or 4 years of work experience in a related field.
• Proven marketing experience in multiple digital platforms.
• Great analytical and project management skills.
• Proficiency in managing Google AdWords, Facebook, Pinterest, and Instagram platforms and ads.
• Self-starter with creativity and strong attention to detail.
• Proactive and able to work on tight deadlines.
• Strong visual design skills and ability to create professional-level social content for the luxury market.
• Strong written and editorial skills, with quick decision-making abilities.
• Positive, collaborative team player with a data-driven mindset.
