About the position

The Digital Marketing Strategist & Analyst at FifthColor will oversee data-centered marketing services for clients, focusing on digital advertising, SEO, and data analytics. This role involves collaboration with the Director of Marketing, Project Managers, and Content Strategists to develop and execute effective marketing strategies that drive traffic and conversions.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, execute, and manage digital ad campaigns across various platforms to drive targeted traffic and conversions.
  • Conduct keyword research, ad copy creation, and bid management to optimize campaign performance.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to assemble display ads.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, making data-driven adjustments to improve ROI.
  • Implement and manage on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive website traffic.
  • Conduct keyword research, site audits, and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for optimization.
  • Create and optimize content to align with SEO best practices and enhance search visibility.
  • Collaborate with the development team to identify and implement technical optimizations.
  • Plan and execute campaigns that align with overall marketing goals and objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to ensure clients' strategies remain effective and competitive.
  • Provide industry research and feedback to Project Manager to best inform strategy.
  • Use tools like Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager to track and report on website and campaign performance.
  • Collaborate with Project Managers and Content Strategists to develop comprehensive performance reports for clients, highlighting key metrics, insights, and recommendations.
  • Continuously analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in managing digital ad campaigns and SEO strategies.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in using Google Analytics, Google Ads, Google Tag Manager, and SEO tools such as SEMrush, Moz, or Ahrefs.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to balance multiple clients at once, manage time, and meet deadlines.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow alongside colleagues.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
