About The Position

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related discipline and 6 years' experience in a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Ability to think strategically and translate client advertising goals into solutions with positive ROI.
  • Proven experience in digital media advertising and ability to articulate complex concepts.
  • Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficient in PowerPoint and storytelling for client presentations.

Nice To Haves

  • Degree in a related discipline strongly desired.
  • Experience with multiple Demand Side Platforms and Google Ads.
  • Strong analytical skills and knowledge of Google Analytics.
  • Experience with pixel strategy development and conversion tracking.
  • Experience in e-commerce or consumer-focused industries.
  • Certifications in digital marketing platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with clients in-person to understand their business goals and objectives.
  • Translate client goals into actionable performance KPIs for campaign planning.
  • Lead brainstorming sessions to create strategies using Cox Media's product portfolio.
  • Identify effective digital channels for proposals, including streaming video and paid social.
  • Develop compelling presentation materials that articulate the value proposition of proposed solutions.
  • Create strategic advertising solutions in response to RFPs using data and insights.
  • Present strategies and recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Design and support the implementation of approved campaigns with key partners.
  • Act as a point of contact for centralized Media Planners during campaign development.
  • Analyze campaign results and provide actionable insights to clients.
