About the position

The Digital Marketing Strategist & Manager at Cheeky Peach is responsible for leading and executing digital marketing strategies that align with the brand's goals. This role requires a creative individual who can manage social media campaigns, create engaging content, and build strong customer relationships. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with excellent organizational skills and a passion for team leadership and digital marketing.

Responsibilities

  • Administrate the creation and publishing of relevant, original, high-quality content for all social media channels
  • Manage social media marketing campaigns and day-to-day activities including creating, curating, and managing all published content including static images & video
  • Maintain online relations with current customers by organizing and developing specific customer-relation programs
  • Contribute to overall marketing strategy by leveraging social media to identify and acquire new customers
  • Map out a comprehensive marketing plan and drive strategies that are proven by testing and metrics and reviewing data
  • Analyze key metrics and tweak marketing strategy as needed
  • Maintain Digital Styling and Social Content Team by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees
  • Counsel and discipline employees; plan, monitor, and appraise job results
  • Develop Digital Styling and Social Content staff by providing information, educational opportunities, and experiential growth opportunities
