About the position

Drees Homes is seeking a full-time Digital Strategist to lead and execute demand-generating digital marketing campaigns from their headquarters in Fort Mitchell, KY. This role focuses on enhancing the online sales funnel through creative digital planning, analysis, and reporting, while collaborating with various teams to optimize marketing strategies and ensure effective digital presence.

Responsibilities

  • Leads Drees Homes' digital marketing and demand generation strategy across paid digital channels including social media, display banners, Google paid search, and email.
  • Works with Advertising Manager to lead content creation via both internal designers and agency partners.
  • Traffics digital advertising to agency partners or media vendors and organizes digital content in our asset library.
  • Analyzes data and metrics to measure the success of marketing campaigns and make data-driven recommendations for optimization.
  • Collaborates with IT and Marketing to define and execute roadmap of future system enhancements.
  • Works with marketing operations to manage and update data feeds that fuel third-party Real Estate sites and advertising tactics.
  • Champions SEO best practices within the company, and conducts regular audits to ensure successful positioning of our listings within search results.
  • Develops and manages high-quality reporting and communicates performance and insights.
  • Manages the digital marketing budget and ensures accuracy of media placements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business or related fields of study.
  • 5+ years of active, hands-on experience placing paid digital advertising.
  • Strong experience with Microsoft Excel, Google Analytics, GA4, Google Tag Manager.

Nice-to-haves

  • Ad agency experience and/or digital media certifications.
  • Use of PowerBI and Optimizely CMS is a plus.
  • Planning and executional skills - planning, writing briefs, segmentation, campaign setup, QA, A/B testing, reporting.
  • Creative problem-solving and strategic planning skills.
  • Good interpersonal collaboration skills, communication skills with experience presenting data and making recommendations.
  • Knowledge of current and future trends in digital marketing and communications platforms and applications.
