About the position

The Digital Marketing Strategist at ImpactLife is responsible for developing, executing, and analyzing digital marketing initiatives to enhance brand awareness and drive engagement. This role involves integrating various digital assets, leading marketing campaigns, and measuring the effectiveness of digital channels to support the organization's mission of providing lifesaving blood products.

Responsibilities

• Develop online marketing strategies utilizing analytics, social media, and paid media.
• Investigate competitor campaigns and establish online marketing benchmarks.
• Identify opportunities to enhance the overall marketing strategy through digital technology.
• Analyze web traffic and improve SEO to drive more traffic to the website.
• Create SEO-optimized content and manage inbound marketing, PPC, AdWords, and SEO strategies.
• Implement frameworks for building brand equity and assess brand alignment with strategic objectives.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing and social media management.
• Google Data Analytics Certified, Google Ads Certified (Measurement, Search, Display, and Video), and Hubspot Digital Marketing Certified.
• Strong knowledge of SEO and digital marketing best practices.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, Outlook, Publisher, PowerPoint).
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, public relations, communications, or related field preferred.
