About the position

The Digital Marketing Manager/Strategist at Hoodsly.com is responsible for developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing campaigns across various channels. This role involves managing website content, optimizing user experience, analyzing performance metrics, and staying updated with the latest digital marketing trends. The position also includes leading a team of digital marketing specialists to enhance the company's online presence and drive growth.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels such as PPC, SEO, social media, email, and content marketing.
  • Manage and optimize website content, user experience, and conversion paths.
  • Analyze key metrics and tweak strategy as needed to maximize performance.
  • Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends and potential new channels and strategies to keep us ahead, including updates to Google's algorithm and latest trends in online marketing.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.
  • Utilize analytics tools to monitor and report on the performance of campaigns, website traffic, and other key metrics.
  • Manage a team of digital marketing specialists.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital technologies, or relevant field.
  • Proven working experience in digital marketing.
  • Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and/or display advertising campaigns.
  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate.
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
  • Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments.
  • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Moz).
  • Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns.
