About the position
The Digital Marketing Strategist plays a crucial role in enhancing the digital marketing presence of Lake Trust by collaborating with internal teams and external agencies. This position focuses on understanding consumer needs and generating leads through effective digital strategies, ensuring compliance in marketing communications, and aligning with the organization's goals to maximize growth and brand equity.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with the MB+I team and outside agencies to enhance the website and digital marketing presence.
- Deliver effective digital marketing strategies that communicate consumer needs and generate leads.
- Oversee the representation of the brand in the digital environment.
- Coordinate efforts between internal teams and third parties to ensure compliant marketing communications.
- Utilize knowledge in marketing automation and digital technology to formulate impactful strategies.
- Implement and manage marketing automation tools like Hubspot.
- Lead the implementation and optimization of the organizational website, including structure and CMS usage.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing required; Advanced Degree preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 3 years in developing strategy.
- Significant experience in implementing and managing marketing automation.
- Experience in compiling and analyzing campaign data and metrics.
Nice-to-haves
- Financial services or professional services marketing experience preferred.
- B2C marketing experience required; B2B experience preferred.
