About the position

The Digital Marketing Strategist at DISHER will be responsible for implementing marketing programs and tactics aimed at increasing sales and enhancing the company's online presence. This role involves launching various digital marketing campaigns, analyzing performance metrics, and optimizing strategies based on marketplace trends. The position emphasizes collaboration, personal development, and a positive workplace culture.

Responsibilities

  • Implement programs and tactics to increase sales and identify additional sales channels.
  • Attract traffic to the DISHER website and promote a strong online presence.
  • Launch social media, email, and mobile marketing campaigns.
  • Analyze online statistics to identify marketplace trends and optimize performance.
  • Assist revenue generation campaigns using HubSpot and Salesforce.
  • Maintain the Marketing Tool Stack, including bi-annual tech stack reviews.
  • Monitor performance metrics and develop analytics for campaign activities.
  • Develop and oversee best practices for Data Privacy and Security on the website and HubSpot.
  • Run analytics for all digital marketing with quarterly report outs, including heat maps.
  • Direct or create website design and user experience strategy for projects.
  • Maintain and update the website for content accuracy and user experience.
  • Lead SEO efforts by keeping website content and layouts up to date.
  • Develop annual social media strategic plans and create content posts.
  • Establish and manage metrics, set schedules, and produce innovative ideas for social media.
  • Educate and advise the DISHER team on best practices for social media platforms.
  • Manage marketing accounts and other account management tasks.
  • Mentor entry-level marketing team members in project work.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications or related field.
  • 3-7 years of relevant experience preferred.
  • Advanced knowledge of campaign management, content development, customer engagement, and retention.
  • Experience with digital marketing, marketing analytics, mobile marketing, SEM, social media marketing, and marketing automation software.
  • A passion for digital marketing.
  • Ability to communicate transparently and foster a collaborative work environment.
  • Ability to build trusting relationships with clients and interdepartmental teams.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
  • Serve internal customers by understanding and prioritizing their needs.
