About the position

The Digital Marketing Strategy Associate Manager at Accenture is responsible for designing and implementing strategies that enhance the company's end-to-end Performance Media offering. This role involves working closely with clients to develop solutions that achieve their marketing goals, manage budgets, and oversee project execution. The position requires a blend of strategic thinking, client relations, and project management skills to drive successful digital marketing campaigns across various channels.

Responsibilities

  • Drive strategy in digital media marketing campaigns including paid media, partnership, affiliate marketing, email marketing, and SEO.
  • Drive strategy in Retail Media marketing campaigns across platforms like Amazon, Walmart, and Target.
  • Analyze the performance of existing digital campaigns, optimizing them to deliver greater Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).
  • Develop strategies for testing new digital channels and recommend their role within the overall media mix.
  • Collaborate with the Media team to forecast marketing spend and align with client goals.
  • Conduct cross-channel analysis for reporting and manage budgets across channels.
  • Oversee client budgets and media plans, managing invoices and billing with the internal Finance team.
  • Project manage timelines and deliverables related to the client portfolio.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in digital media/marketing strategy and execution.
  • Strong understanding of KPIs and relevant paid media metrics (Impressions, Clicks, CTR, CPC, CVR, Conversions, CPA, ROAS).
  • Technical experience with platforms such as Google, Meta, Microsoft Ads, Programmatic DSPs, TikTok, and SnapChat.
  • Experience with account management and project management tools.
  • Ability to translate client business goals into tactical executions.
  • Data analysis skills and experience.
  • Basic understanding of tracking tags and Google Tag Manager (GTM).
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics and data extraction.
  • Experience with quality assurance processes and managing third-party vendors.
  • Diverse industry experience is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of current digital marketing technologies and innovations.
  • Excellent client service skills and strong communication abilities.

  • Proficiency in Excel is a plus.
