About the position

As a Digital Marketing Strategy leader at Accenture, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing strategies that influence all facets of our end-to-end Performance Media offering. This position involves direct collaboration with a diverse portfolio of clients, where you will develop results-driven solutions aimed at achieving their specific goals and objectives while demonstrating a clear return on investment (ROI). Your responsibilities will include acting as a liaison between our internal teams and clients, ensuring that execution aligns with overarching strategies. This role presents a unique opportunity to enhance your strategic capabilities while also becoming an expert in client relations. You will be tasked with project managing your respective clients, ensuring that we meet all deliverables outlined in our Scope of Work. This includes managing budgets, overseeing deliverables such as reporting, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely and thorough execution of work. In this role, you will drive strategy in various digital media marketing campaigns, including paid media, partnership, affiliate marketing, email marketing, and SEO. You will also lead strategy in Retail Media marketing campaigns across platforms such as Amazon, Walmart, and Target, depending on client needs. Analyzing the performance of existing digital campaigns will be crucial, as you will optimize and scale these campaigns to achieve greater return on ad spend (ROAS). You will develop strategies for testing new digital channels and make recommendations on their integration into the overall media mix. Collaborating with the Media team, you will forecast marketing spend and projections across channels to align with client goals, which may include new customer acquisition, lead generation, and brand awareness. Your role will also involve cross-channel analysis for reporting purposes, managing client budgets, and overseeing invoices and billing with the internal Finance team. Project management of all timelines and deliverables related to your client portfolio will be essential to your success in this position.

Responsibilities

  • Drive strategy in digital media marketing campaigns including paid media, partnership, affiliate marketing, email marketing, and SEO.
  • Lead strategy in Retail Media marketing campaigns across platforms such as Amazon, Walmart, and Target.
  • Analyze the performance of existing digital campaigns, optimizing them to deliver greater ROAS.
  • Develop strategies for testing new digital channels and make recommendations on their role within the overall media mix.
  • Collaborate with the Media team to forecast marketing spend and projections across channels to align with client goals.
  • Conduct cross-channel analysis for reporting purposes, understanding how different channels/platforms work together.
  • Manage client budgets and media plans, including overseeing invoices and billing with the internal Finance team.
  • Project manage all timelines and deliverables related to the client portfolio.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in digital media/marketing strategy and execution.
  • Ability to think critically, be an active problem solver, and demonstrate curiosity and attention to detail.
  • Understanding of all KPIs and relevant paid media metrics (Impressions, Clicks, CTR, CPC, CVR, Conversions, CPA, ROAS, etc.) and their interrelations.
  • Technical experience with platforms such as Google, Meta, Microsoft Ads, Programmatic DSPs, TikTok, and SnapChat from a reporting and optimization perspective.
  • Experience with account management and project management tools, as well as managing client budgets.
  • Ability to translate a client's business goals into tactical executions.
  • Data analysis skills and experience.
  • Basic understanding of tracking tags and Google Tag Manager (GTM).
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics and data extraction capabilities.
  • Experience with quality assurance processes.
  • Experience managing third-party vendors for clients.
  • Diverse industry experience is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of current digital marketing technologies and innovations.
  • Excellent client service skills and strong oral & written communication and presentation skills.
  • Agency experience or experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Project management skills, with experience in Jira being a plus.
  • Proficiency in Excel is a plus.
