About the position

As a Digital Marketing Strategy Associate Manager at Accenture, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing strategies that influence all facets of Accenture's end-to-end Retail Media offerings. This position requires a deep understanding of the Retail Media ecosystem, including channels, platforms, service providers, and technology stacks. You will be responsible for partnering with retailers and brand manufacturers to develop and implement effective marketing strategies that drive growth and enhance client relationships. Your expertise will be crucial in consolidating thought leadership, insights, and trends into a cohesive point of view that can be communicated effectively to top-tier clients. In this role, you will lead the development of retail media go-to-market strategies, creating tailored solutions that address client challenges. You will serve as the resident expert on retail media networks, maintaining platform certifications and staying abreast of industry trends. Your contributions will extend to optimizing best practice delivery processes, enhancing client communication, and ensuring that all stakeholders are informed about campaign performance through regular reporting and meetings. You will also be tasked with analyzing campaign performance metrics to identify optimization opportunities, managing multiple client accounts simultaneously, and researching the latest digital media content trends. Your ability to provide insightful Point of Views (POVs) to internal media teams will be essential in exploring advertising opportunities across various e-commerce platforms, including Amazon DSP and Target.com. Responsibilities

  • Lead retail media go-to-market strategies and build custom solutions for client challenges.
  • Consult with high-profile clients and maintain expertise in retail media networks.
  • Contribute to best practice delivery optimization processes and client communication.
  • Stay updated on impactful platforms and technologies, including policies and performance metrics.
  • Analyze campaign performance metrics to develop optimization strategies.
  • Keep stakeholders informed on campaign performance through regular reporting and meetings.
  • Manage multiple client accounts with tight timelines and work cadence.
  • Research digital media content trends and provide insights to internal teams.
  • Explore advertising opportunities in various e-commerce platforms.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of strategic experience in the Retail Media ecosystem (Retail, Agency, Brand, Mar-Tech, and/or Ad-Tech).
  • Strong business management and organizational skills.
  • Experience in Excel with the ability to organize and consolidate multiple data sources for analysis.

Nice-to-haves

  • Working knowledge of platforms such as Amazon Media Services, The Trade Desk, StackAdapt, Roundel, Walmart Connect, Meta, Google.
  • Ability to create data-driven insights within PowerPoint decks and deliver concise narratives.
  • Interest in the interaction between E-commerce and digital advertising.
