About the position

As a Digital Strategy & Paid Search Account Manager, you will manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns for a diverse portfolio of clients. This role combines account management and paid search expertise, focusing on creating, executing, tracking, and optimizing strategies across various digital channels. You will collaborate with internal teams to ensure strategies align with client goals and business objectives, driving overall client success.

Responsibilities

  • Manage 6-8 client accounts, serving as the primary point of contact for all digital strategy initiatives, including paid advertising, social, SEO, and creative services.
  • Develop, implement, track, and optimize PPC campaigns across platforms such as Google, Bing, Amazon, YouTube, and others.
  • Own client relationships, ensuring their goals are met and proactive solutions are provided to enhance account performance.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to create integrated marketing strategies tailored to each client's business objectives.
  • Measure and track the effectiveness of marketing efforts, analyzing key metrics (ROI, ROAS) and delivering actionable insights to clients.
  • Conduct competitive analyses and contribute innovative strategies for both existing and new client accounts.
  • Manage client budgets, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring all campaigns are on schedule and within scope.
  • Lead quarterly and annual business reviews with clients, ensuring satisfaction and retention.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience managing digital advertising campaigns across platforms like Amazon, Google, and Bing with proven results in e-commerce.
  • Strong account management skills, ideally within an agency environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; Adobe Creative Suite knowledge is a plus.
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills, with the ability to foster long-term client relationships.
  • Creativity and experience bringing innovative ideas and strategies to life.
  • Familiarity with platforms like Marin, Kenshoo, or Search360 is a plus.
