About the position

The Digital Marketing Strategy Specialist at Accenture plays a crucial role in enhancing operational efficiency and effectiveness in direct marketing communications. This position focuses on designing and executing marketing strategies that align with client objectives across various business models, including B2C, B2B, and B2B2C. The specialist will work closely with client marketing teams to implement marketing automation platforms and improve key marketing functions to foster customer acquisition, growth, and retention.

Responsibilities

  • Drive campaign execution from requirements to delivery in collaboration with campaign operations, clients, and third-party vendors.
  • Confirm feasibility of campaign plans and translate marketing strategy into business requirements.
  • Create and manage project plans and timelines to ensure timely delivery of marketing campaigns.
  • Complete Business Requirements Documents (BRD) including audience targeting, campaign design, monitoring, and performance metrics.
  • Manage client and team expectations throughout the delivery process, including risk and issue escalations.
  • Support campaign planning and execution by managing relationships with the client's marketing team and integrated campaign delivery timelines.
  • Provide technical guidance to the Campaign Services team off-shore and clarify business needs.
  • Review campaign metrics, present trends and insights, and collaborate on campaign optimization.
  • Manage demand for services and capacity to deliver services while meeting client expectations.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in a marketing services execution role within Direct Marketing, Campaign Management, or Marketing Operations.
  • 3+ years of experience collaborating with global marketing services professionals in a fast-paced environment.
  • 3+ years of experience in a client-facing role.
  • 3+ years of experience with transactional databases and marketing automation platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Campaign, or Oracle-CRM.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with HTML.
  • Understanding of marketing strategy, targeting, segmentation, and campaign analytics.
  • Ability to evaluate concepts and present recommendations to senior leadership.
