About the position

The Digital Marketing Support Specialist at D.R. Horton, Inc. is responsible for providing support to sales and marketing end users on various digital marketing technologies, processes, campaigns, and analytics. This role involves administering marketing technologies, assisting in campaign strategies, and ensuring effective communication and training for users to enhance traffic and lead generation.

Responsibilities

  • Administer user accounts for all enterprise marketing applications
  • Provide phone, online, and occasional in-person support to end users on digital marketing issues
  • Document and track problem details, including status and resolution
  • Communicate with users while resolving issues to ensure timely completion
  • Participate in focus groups to enhance existing applications
  • Document new features and needs from the business for applications
  • Aid in training end users on digital marketing applications
  • Assist with training documentation for digital marketing applications
  • Support users with web design, HTML code edits, and photo enhancement tasks
  • Maintain and report on site metrics using Google Analytics
  • Evaluate data integrity of CRM databases and recommend improvements
  • Train Sales and Marketing end users on Enterprise Marketing Technologies
  • Manage email marketing templates and campaigns
  • Identify areas for improvement on web listings to enhance traffic and lead generation
  • Conduct business in a professional and ethical manner to serve customers and increase company goodwill and profit
  • Ability to work overtime and travel overnight

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 3 years' experience in planning and gathering business requirements for sales and marketing
  • 3 years' experience in a digital marketing environment and various applications
  • 3 years' experience with Adobe suite of tools (Photoshop, etc.)
  • 3 years' experience reading, writing, and troubleshooting HTML
  • 3 years' experience managing and supporting CMS, Email Marketing, and CRM systems
  • Excellent verbal, written, listening, and presentation skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to follow instructions in written or oral form
  • Proficiency with MS Office and email
  • Ability to sit for the majority of an 8-hour workday; use hands and fingers; reach with hands and arms; talk and hear; specific vision abilities required include close vision and peripheral vision
  • Moderate noise level tolerance

Nice-to-haves

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Communications, or Information Technology preferred
