The Marketing Technology - Delivery, Data & Analytics Manager is a pivotal role at Church & Dwight, responsible for driving the company's success through effective marketing analytics and technology solutions. This position requires a leader who can collaborate closely with both the Marketing and IT departments to design, implement, and support various capabilities, including Marketing Analytics, Digital Asset Management, and Customer Relationship Management (CRM). The role involves leading a diverse team of information technology specialists, which includes business analysts, developers, designers, and system administrators, both internal and external. In this role, the manager will lead and support the marketing analytics program, working closely with the Business, IT, and Data & Analytics Office to enable data measurement and analyze marketing campaign management. Identifying new opportunities to leverage analytics and analytical solutions is crucial, with a focus on prioritizing those that offer the most significant potential benefits to the business. The manager will define the execution approach for project implementation and will be accountable for the quality of the solutions delivered. Additionally, the role involves maintaining financials and budgets throughout project execution, partnering with the Solution Architect to build solutions that align with the company's macro architecture, and working with stakeholders to understand customer needs. The manager will also address accessibility and usability issues, recommending improvements to the development team based on data insights. Collaborating with IT Leadership and Business Engagement Managers, the manager will develop IT initiatives that align with marketing and international business unit strategies, enabling global marketing campaigns and optimization capabilities. The manager will define and manage product roadmaps, communicate delivery to key stakeholders, and investigate software products to stay informed about new technologies and best practices in marketing technologies. Managing third-party resources and vendors for project and development activities, as well as ongoing system support, is also a key responsibility. Building strong partnerships with business clients and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction based on defined business goals are essential aspects of this role.
