About the position

The Digital Marketing Technology Delivery Manager at Church & Dwight plays a pivotal role in driving the company's success through effective marketing technology and analytics. This position is designed for a leader who will collaborate closely with both the Marketing and IT departments to design, implement, and support various capabilities, including Marketing Analytics, Digital Asset Management, and Customer Relationship Management (CRM). The role requires a blend of creativity and technical expertise, as the manager will lead a diverse team of information technology specialists, including business analysts, developers, designers, and system administrators. In this role, the manager will spearhead the marketing analytics program, working in conjunction with the Business, IT, and Data & Analytics Office to enable effective data measurement and analyze marketing campaign management. The manager will utilize Software as a Service (SAAS) tools to develop predictive models aimed at increasing marketing return on investment (ROI). Identifying new opportunities to leverage analytics and analytical solutions will be a key responsibility, with a focus on prioritizing initiatives that offer the greatest potential benefit to the business. The manager will also define the execution approach for project implementation, ensuring accountability for the quality of the solutions delivered. Financial management is another critical aspect of this role, as the manager will maintain budgets throughout project execution. Collaboration with the Solution Architect is essential to build solutions that align with the company's macro architecture. The manager will engage with stakeholders to understand customer needs, addressing accessibility and usability issues, and will work with IT Leadership and Business Engagement Managers to develop IT initiatives that support global marketing campaigns and optimization capabilities. Additionally, the manager will define and manage product roadmaps, communicate delivery timelines to stakeholders, and investigate new software products to stay informed about emerging technologies and best practices in marketing technology. Managing third-party resources and vendors for project and development activities will also be part of the role, alongside building strong partnerships with business clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction based on defined business goals.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and support the marketing analytics program, collaborating with Business, IT, and Data & Analytics Office.
  • Identify new opportunities to leverage analytics and analytical solutions, prioritizing those with the biggest potential benefit.
  • Define the execution approach for project implementation and ensure quality of the solution.
  • Maintain financials and budgets during project execution.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of Marketing Technology, Analytics, or relevant industry experience, including managing teams with direct reports.
  • Expertise in Agile and product mindset, with experience in cross-functional multi-team environments and running successful scrum teams.
  • 3+ years of experience running projects using Power BI, Google Analytics, and Google Tag Manager (GTM).
  • Ability to influence behaviors of leaders at all levels without traditional hierarchy.
  • Strong communication skills, able to convey concepts effectively to various audiences.
  • Commitment to continuous improvement and team development.
  • Ability to provide innovative solutions using development tools and processes.
