About the position

The Digital Marketing & Technology Senior Specialist at MFS is responsible for digital publishing and web development, utilizing the Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and Digital Asset Management (DAM) systems. This role focuses on ensuring high-quality content dissemination across MFS' global websites, collaborating with various business partners to enhance client experiences, and maintaining web content standards.

Responsibilities

  • Uphold publishing quality standards for content dissemination.
  • Perform technical data checks to ensure quality controls are met.
  • Support web development and maintenance across global websites.
  • Participate in site maintenance and troubleshooting efforts.
  • Investigate and troubleshoot content and platform issues with team members.
  • Develop procedural documentation and deliver training on responsibilities.
  • Participate in various projects from content creation to agile development efforts.
  • Perform additional duties to support marketing and distribution goals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree with 2-5+ years of experience in advertising or marketing, preferably in financial services.
  • Knowledge of financial products, investment techniques, and local regulations.
  • Proven knowledge of digital publishing best practices and procedures.
  • Experience with automated project management workflow systems and content management systems.
  • Specific experience with Workfront and Adobe Experience Manager is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
  • Solid interpersonal communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Positive, collaborative, and flexible disposition with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Customer-oriented with a commitment to proactive problem solving.
