About the position

The Digital Marketing Trainee position at TradeThirsty is designed for a motivated individual eager to support marketing initiatives that enhance awareness and engagement for trading subscription products. This role involves collaboration with the CEO and marketing team, focusing on campaign execution, content creation, and relationship management in a hybrid work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in developing and executing marketing campaigns to promote trading subscription products.
  • Create compelling copy for email marketing, landing pages, social media, and other digital channels.
  • Manage and edit video content to be used across marketing platforms (YouTube, webinars, etc.).
  • Maintain organized marketing documentation using Google Docs and Excel, ensuring that all information is up-to-date and accessible.
  • Build and maintain relationships with partners and influencers to promote our products.
  • Track and analyze campaign performance using Excel and other tools to provide actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with the design and sales teams to ensure marketing materials are aligned with brand messaging.
  • Support with event planning, webinars, and other marketing initiatives.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Google Docs and Excel for documentation and tracking.
  • Video editing skills, with the ability to create polished, engaging content.
  • Strong copywriting skills with attention to detail and a focus on conversion.
  • Experience in relationship management and partnership building.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Go-getter attitude with the ability to take initiative and work independently.
  • Comfortable working in a hybrid environment (onsite and remote).
  • Flexibility and adaptability to shifting priorities and responsibilities.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in marketing for financial services, especially trading and investing products or subscription-based products.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools and CRM systems.
  • Understanding of SEO and content marketing best practices.
