White Lotus Group is currently searching for a Digital Marketing & Website Development Specialist to join their marketing team! This role combines expertise in digital advertising with advanced website development skills. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing online ad campaigns across multiple channels, including Google and Bing, while also overseeing the build-out and development of our website, ensuring SEO optimization, effective SEM strategies, and seamless integrations. In the Digital Advertising aspect of the role, the specialist will design, manage, and optimize multi-channel online ad campaigns across web and mobile platforms to enhance overall campaign effectiveness. This includes developing and implementing customized professional managed campaigns on Google Ads and Bing Ads, monitoring and analyzing ad performance, and adjusting strategies to maximize ROI. The specialist will also conduct A/B testing and utilize data-driven insights to refine ad targeting and messaging, while staying up-to-date with the latest trends in digital advertising and search engine marketing. For Website Development, the specialist will lead the build-out of websites with a focus on user experience, performance, and scalability. This involves optimizing websites for SEO, including meta tags, keyword analysis, and on-page/off-page optimization, as well as implementing SEM strategies to drive traffic and improve search engine rankings. The role requires ensuring seamless integrations with third-party tools, including CRM, analytics, and marketing automation platforms, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to align website content with marketing and business objectives. Analytics & Reporting is another key responsibility, where the specialist will track and report on campaign performance, website traffic, and conversion metrics. Utilizing web analytics tools, they will provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvements and create detailed reports to present to stakeholders on the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Market research, or related field.
  • Associate's Degree and 4 years work experience in lieu of Bachelor's Degree.
  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certificate of competency and 8 years work experience in lieu of Bachelor's Degree.
  • 2 years of experience in a digital marketing role.
  • Proven experience in digital advertising, with a strong understanding of Google Ads, Bing Ads, and multi-channel online campaigns.
  • Expertise in website development, including SEO, SEM, meta tags, and integration of various platforms.
  • Proficiency in web development languages (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and content management systems (e.g., WordPress, Shopify).
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM systems.
  • Certification in Google Ads, Google Analytics, or Bing Ads.
  • Knowledge of UX/UI design principles.
