About the position

As a Digital Media Account Executive, you will play a pivotal role in managing and expanding client relationships, offering top-notch customer service, and fueling revenue growth. Your primary responsibility will be to work closely with clients to understand their unique business needs and execute digital and print marketing strategies that align with their objectives. This position requires a proactive approach to client management and a strong focus on achieving results through effective communication and collaboration with various internal teams. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, nurturing strong relationships through regular communication and meetings. You will execute sales tactics and devise strategic marketing plans that closely align with clients' business goals. Collaboration with internal teams, including digital and print advertising, content marketing, SEO, social media, and web development, will be essential to ensure seamless campaign execution. You will also provide clients with regular reports on campaign performance, offering insights and actionable recommendations to enhance their marketing efforts. Additionally, you will be responsible for developing and delivering client presentations and proposals, showcasing our digital marketing capabilities and services. Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities will be a key aspect of your role, as you work to secure new accounts while growing existing ones. Staying updated on the latest marketing trends and best practices will be crucial, as you will be expected to share this knowledge with clients and internal teams to drive success.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred; or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
  • Minimum of 2 years of progressive sales experience with a proven track record of accomplishments.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, vital for building and sustaining client relationships.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Possess a growth mindset, viewing setbacks as opportunities for learning.
  • Highly adaptable, thriving in a rapidly changing business landscape.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
  • Experience with HubSpot CRM is a plus, though not required.
  • Ability to work effectively in an office environment.
