About the position

The Media Buyer at Innovative Intake LLC is responsible for managing and executing digital advertising campaigns aimed at attracting potential claimants for various litigation cases. This role combines strategic planning, analytical skills, and technical expertise to optimize campaign performance across multiple social media platforms, contributing to impactful social justice initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, create, and execute paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Google Ads.
  • Define and optimize audience segments to ensure campaigns reach relevant potential claimants.
  • Allocate and manage media spend effectively to maximize ROI, adjusting budgets based on performance metrics.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance data to identify opportunities for improvement and provide regular reports on KPIs.
  • Collaborate with legal partners to understand campaign objectives and develop creative strategies that meet their goals.
  • Perform A/B testing and adjust ad creatives, targeting parameters, and bidding strategies to optimize campaign results.
  • Ensure all campaigns comply with legal and regulatory guidelines.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in media buying, preferably with a focus on social media platforms.
  • Proven experience in campaign management, including ad targeting, optimization, and reporting.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive decisions.
  • Familiarity with campaign management tools and platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads).
  • Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Understanding of digital marketing metrics (CPL, CTR, CPC) and how to apply them to optimize performance.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in working with social justice-related campaigns or legal marketing.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and lead generation tools.
