About the position

The Digital Media Buyer at ReachMobi is responsible for developing, deploying, and optimizing digital distribution partnerships with key platforms and providers. This role focuses on organizing digital media buying across major display, search, and social networks to drive traffic to mobile applications. The position requires a creative approach to constructing ad copy and analyzing campaign effectiveness to enhance performance metrics such as cost per action (CPA).

Responsibilities

  • Develop, deploy, and optimize digital distribution partnerships with key platforms and providers.
  • Organize digital media buying using major display, search, and social networks to drive traffic to owned and operated mobile applications.
  • Perform market research to refine paid media strategies and identify marketplace opportunities for new products and marketing pitches.
  • Construct ad copy and drive CPA performance across various media types and cost structures (CPM, CPC, CPI).
  • Analyze, review, and report on the effectiveness of campaigns, providing insights and recommendations.
  • Create text and image creatives, conduct split testing, and optimize campaigns.
  • Identify and scale profitable user-base segments and cohorts.
  • Source level bid optimizations to meet product LTV and ROI targets.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of professional experience running performance-based mobile ad campaigns (CPC/CPI/CPA) on platforms like Facebook, Google, and Affiliate Networks.
  • Experience analyzing conversion rates, click-through rates, retention rates, lifetime value (LTV), and other common KPIs.
  • Proficient with Excel, including Pivot tables, Data Visualization, VLOOKUP, and SUMIF.
  • Firsthand experience creating ad copy, both text and graphics.
  • Mobile advertising experience preferred.
  • Excellent interpretive skills to translate raw data into actionable outcomes.
