About the position

The Digital Media Coordinator at CS Group is responsible for managing various media projects in a fast-paced environment, focusing on storytelling through photography and videography. This role involves collaborating with vendors, optimizing advertising campaigns, and managing social media platforms to enhance the company's brand presence. The ideal candidate should embody the company's core values and possess strong organizational and technical skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Ideate, storyboard, capture, and edit photography and videography for various mediums.
• Create media for tradeshows, company events, and corporate training materials.
• Work with vendors including photographers, videographers, and editors to develop media content.
• Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns, ensuring budget compliance and ROI.
• Analyze campaign data to assess performance and identify optimization opportunities.
• Relay campaign objectives and brand voice to the Creative Team for asset development.
• Maintain a deep understanding of the Media Library.
• Assist in managing social media platforms, including content optimization and scheduling.
• Provide general administrative duties and special projects as needed.

Requirements

• Strong storytelling and creative problem-solving abilities.
• Experience in end-to-end photo/video project management.
• Experience in capturing photo and video content using cell phone and DSLR cameras.
• Paid advertising campaign experience.
• Hunger to learn and advance media and ad buying skills.
• Active interest in the social media landscape.
• Strong organizational, planning, and time-management skills.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Associate/Bachelor's degree in Communications/Marketing or related field.
• Ability to travel when necessary.
• Ability to lift and move boxes weighing up to 40 pounds.
