Responsibilities

• Create high-quality, engaging content for digital channels, including social media and websites.
• Collaborate with the design team to produce visually compelling graphics and multimedia assets.
• Monitor and analyze content performance to optimize engagement and conversions.
• Assist in managing and optimizing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
• Conduct keyword research and develop targeting strategies for paid media campaigns.
• Generate regular reports on ad performance with insights and recommendations for optimization.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• 1+ years of experience in digital marketing, content creation, and/or paid media management.
• Basic understanding of Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
• Solid understanding of content creation for social media and multimedia formats.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
• Experience in video content creation, including shooting and editing.
• Familiarity with social media management tools and analytics platforms.

Nice-to-haves

• Familiarity with SEO best practices and keyword research.
• Experience with email marketing platforms like Mailchimp.
• Basic graphic design skills using Adobe Suite.
• Knowledge of video editing and multimedia content creation.
