About the position

The Digital Media Designer at Light & Wonder is responsible for producing and editing high-quality corporate content, digital signage, marketing materials, and podcasts. This role involves collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure brand consistency and effective storytelling while managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. The position requires a strong understanding of video production and editing software, as well as excellent organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Help facilitate the production process from concept development through final delivery, coordinating with key stakeholders, producers, and clients.
  • Edit footage using industry-standard software, creating compelling narratives that resonate with target audiences.
  • Work closely with the Marketing Team, Company Stakeholders, Directors, Producers, and Designers to develop creative concepts and ensure brand consistency.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timelines are adhered to.
  • Create, review, and provide feedback on edits to maintain high production standards.
  • Liaise with clients to understand their vision, provide updates, and incorporate feedback into final edits.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and techniques to continually enhance production quality.
  • Assist in managing and updating content on YouTube, Vimeo, and other storage locations.
  • Provide on-site trade show support such as assisting the digital media team with setup and video/photography.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in film production, Media Studies, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in production, video editing, and some work with Motion Graphics is a big plus.
  • Solid understanding of editing/design software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, After Effects, and any work in C4D is a plus but not required).
  • Strong lighting and camera skills (Sony FX3/a7S III).
  • Strong storytelling skills with a keen eye for detail and visual composition.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Strong design skills.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with motion graphics.
  • Familiarity with video production equipment and setup.
