About the position

ManTech is looking for a motivated and experienced Digital Media & Influencer Marketing Manager to enhance its marketing efforts in Herndon, VA. This role focuses on creating engaging content across various digital platforms to boost brand awareness, employee engagement, and client interaction. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing social media channels, producing multimedia content, and analyzing marketing campaign performance.

Responsibilities

• Create content for multiple media channels to increase brand awareness and client engagement.
• Design video pieces, podcast recordings, and digital campaigns.
• Manage the company's social media platforms to elevate brand reputation.
• Operate recording sessions, edit episodes, and ensure audio quality.
• Attract guests for podcast participation and secure their involvement.
• Develop and deliver marketing presentations to clients and management.
• Prepare reports and analytics on marketing campaign performance, including ROIs and KPIs.
• Stay updated on social media trends and implement them into marketing campaigns.
• Engage partners across the enterprise on media strategy through data-driven presentations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of related experience in digital marketing.
• Strong creativity and passion for the latest trends.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including video and audio editing.
• In-depth knowledge of social media platforms for business.
• Prior communications and employee engagement experience.
• Knowledge of corporate communications best practices.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace.
• Creative skills to produce graphics and video, especially with Adobe Creative Cloud.
• Strong editing, writing, and presentation skills.
• Proven communication and influencer skills.
• Willingness to travel for meetings and events.
