About the position

The Digital Media & Influencer Marketing Manager at Color Street and Innovative Cosmetic Concepts is responsible for driving the growth of the company's online media presence through strategic partnerships and impactful digital content. This role focuses on building influencer and affiliate networks, creating engaging content, and executing paid media strategies to enhance brand reach and engagement across various digital platforms. Reporting to the Director of Digital Media, the manager will play a pivotal role in scaling the online community and optimizing marketing efforts.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a strategic paid media plan across social platforms to amplify brand messaging and drive sales.
  • Oversee budgeting, ad placement, and campaign performance for social media ads, aligning with key marketing objectives.
  • Build and maintain relationships with influencers and affiliates that align with brand values and objectives.
  • Identify and negotiate partnerships, manage contracts, and coordinate influencer campaigns focused on engagement and conversions.
  • Execute affiliate marketing strategies to maximize program reach and performance, tracking and analyzing ROI and affiliate KPIs.
  • Conceptualize and create high-quality, short-form video content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube.
  • Write briefs and provide creative direction for social-first content, partnering with internal and external creators.
  • Lead the creative process from ideation to post-production, including scripting, editing, and optimizing videos.
  • Leverage analytics tools to track and report on the performance of paid media, influencer, and affiliate campaigns.
  • Analyze campaign performance metrics and identify actionable insights for continuous improvement.
  • Oversee community engagement strategies to foster positive relationships with influencers, affiliates, and customers.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or higher.
  • 4-8 years of relevant experience in social media marketing specifically with Influencer relations.
  • In-depth knowledge of social media platforms including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X, Pinterest, and Facebook.
  • Understanding of photo and video editing resources such as Photoshop, Lightroom, CapCut, InShot, Adobe Premiere Pro.
  • Knowledge of post-production, including color grading, re-touching and editing.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
  • Strong organizational, detail-orientation, and project management skills.

  • Passion for beauty, experience in this field preferred.
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment with a flexible, positive, and solutions-driven attitude.
  • Basic understanding of design resources such as Canva.
  • Existing social content portfolio or digital body of work required.
