About the position

ManTech is looking for a Digital Media & Influencer Marketing Manager to enhance brand awareness and engagement through innovative digital content and social media strategies. This role involves creating and managing content across various platforms, engaging with stakeholders, and analyzing marketing campaign performance. The ideal candidate will be a creative professional with a strong understanding of digital marketing tools and trends, capable of influencing and engaging partners across the enterprise.

Responsibilities

• Create content for multiple media channels to increase brand awareness and client engagement.
• Manage the company's social media platforms to elevate brand reputation and engage stakeholders.
• Operate recording sessions, edit podcast episodes, and ensure audio quality.
• Find and attract guests for the podcast, securing their participation.
• Develop and deliver presentations to clients and management.
• Prepare reports and analytics on marketing campaign performance, including ROIs and KPIs.
• Stay updated on social media trends and implement them into marketing campaigns.
• Influence and engage partners on media strategy through data-driven presentations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of related experience in digital marketing.
• Strong creativity and passion for the latest trends.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including video and audio editing.
• In-depth knowledge of social media platforms for business.
• Prior communications and employee engagement experience.
• Knowledge of corporate communications best practices.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace.
• Creative skills to produce graphics and video, especially with Adobe Creative Cloud.
• Strong editing, writing, and presentation skills.
• Proven communication and influencer skills.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with social advocacy tools and email marketing software.
• Familiarity with AI/data analytics tools.
