About the position

The Digital Media Manager at Alloy is responsible for leading the planning, execution, and optimization of digital media campaigns across various channels to ensure client success. This role requires a strategic thinker with hands-on experience in campaign management and analytics, focusing on paid search, programmatic display/video, and paid social advertising. The position is client-facing and involves collaboration with internal teams to align digital media strategies with client objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify target audiences, market trends, and competitive landscape to inform media strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including account management and creative, to ensure alignment of digital media strategies to optimize digital media campaigns to meet client objectives and KPIs.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to meet client objectives.
  • Lead and manage digital campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, programmatic platforms, and other social media advertising channels.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a strategic partner and trusted advisor.
  • Manage the day-to-day execution of digital campaigns, including budget allocation, performance monitoring, and optimization.
  • Foster relationships with media vendors and platform partners to enable optimal campaign performance.
  • Ensure accurate tracking, reporting, and optimization for performance improvement.
  • Oversee the scheduling, implementation, and tracking of digital marketing campaigns.
  • Analyze campaign performance data using native analytics tools and Google Analytics.
  • Prepare detailed performance reports and insights for clients and internal stakeholders, recommending tactical changes for future campaign improvements.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their business needs and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including creative and technical staff, to ensure cohesive and successful campaign execution.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in digital and performance marketing.
  • Implement new technologies and methodologies that enhance campaign performance and efficiencies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in media buying, digital marketing, with a strong focus on digital advertising across multiple channels.
  • Proven expertise in managing Meta Ads, Google Ads, programmatic advertising, and other social media advertising platforms.
  • Experience with digital performance marketing and paid media campaign planning and activation is required.
  • Proficient in using Google Analytics and other native analytics tools.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills, capable of managing multiple campaigns and client demands simultaneously.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and adapt to evolving client needs and industry trends.
