As the Digital Media Manager in the Customer Activation and Marketing function, you contribute to added customer value, a strong brand, and increased sales by overseeing an owned media strategy that drives customer development and profitable sales growth. You support in the creation of a highly commercial digital and in-store communications plan, and you partner with regional agency teams to steer the optimization of budgets, tactics, and execution of all channels, including email, push, SMS and WhatsApp. This hybrid role reports into our Regional Media Manager and is based out of New York, NY with the following direct reports: Owned Media Planners.
