About the position

The Digital Media Manager at IBC Bank is responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing digital media campaigns across various platforms to meet organizational goals. This role involves leading a team, strategic planning, collaboration, and ensuring that campaigns align with the bank's objectives. The manager will oversee the bank's website, collaborate with various departments, supervise the creative design team, and manage digital media strategies and metrics.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee IBC Bank website and ensure it has up-to-date information.
  • Collaborate with CEOs and marketing liaisons for branding and promotion of IBC products and services.
  • Supervise the creative design team to create impactful ads and images for various media channels.
  • Final proofread and review of content and design; oversee distribution.
  • Organize, coordinate, and execute collateral needs for all markets.
  • Negotiate contracts for billboards, advertising, and other media channels as needed.
  • Huddle with the digital team to oversee digital media strategies and metrics.
  • Attend and lead weekly and monthly meetings to review ongoing digital media campaigns.
  • Prepare and present reports on digital media metrics, calendar of events, and special projects.
  • Review budget allocations for digital media spends and approve marketing invoices.
  • Translate website content and communications from English to Spanish.
  • Coordinate with external translation vendors for extensive projects.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing and/or Communications.
  • At least three years' experience working in or supervising marketing.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish.
  • Vast knowledge of all social media channels.
  • Experience with Adobe platforms and Microsoft platforms.
  • Knowledge of graphic design.
  • Experience in copywriting and proofreading content.
