About the position

The Digital Media Marketer will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing digital marketing strategies for a healthcare firm. This role focuses on promoting healthcare services through various digital channels, driving engagement, brand awareness, and patient acquisition. The ideal candidate should possess a strong understanding of digital marketing, SEO, and social media management, and be able to analyze performance metrics to ensure maximum ROI.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies for healthcare services, focusing on lead generation, patient engagement, and brand awareness.
  • Manage and optimize social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) to increase engagement and reach.
  • Create, monitor, and analyze performance metrics for digital campaigns to ensure maximum ROI.
  • Produce high-quality content for blogs, social media, email marketing, and websites.
  • Collaborate with the medical team to ensure content aligns with healthcare standards and patient education goals.
  • Conduct SEO, SEM, and PPC campaigns to drive organic and paid traffic.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies to implement into marketing strategies.
  • Ensure all digital communications comply with industry regulations and standards (e.g., HIPAA compliance in patient data usage).

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in healthcare or a related field.
  • Expertise in social media management, SEO, SEM, and PPC campaigns.
  • Strong writing and editing skills, with an ability to create engaging content.
  • Knowledge of analytics tools (Google Analytics, Hootsuite, etc.).
  • Familiarity with healthcare regulations is a plus.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in healthcare marketing is a plus.
  • Familiarity with HIPAA compliance.
