About the position

The Digital Media Producer at Mdo Management Group is a creative role focused on producing engaging video and photo content for various social media platforms, particularly Instagram and TikTok. The position requires a self-starter who can work in a fast-paced environment, collaborate with diverse brands, and stay updated on industry trends to elevate the company's marketing efforts.

Responsibilities

• Shoot and edit impactful, social-first content for Instagram, TikTok, and other emerging social channels.
• Execute innovative social media concepts for TikTok and Instagram Reels.
• Work with mixed media for Instagram Reels and Stories, utilizing standard industry software and practices.
• Communicate effectively and collaborate with the internal marketing team, field team, and external vendors.
• Identify new collateral, imagery, and video collateral that needs to be produced and incorporate them into timelines.
• Stay up to date on industry trends and keep a pulse on competitors.
• Maintain brand look and feel for all MDOH operating companies and adapt between them.

Requirements

• 1-3+ years of content experience in an ad/brand/social agency setting.
• Portfolio with relevant work examples.
• Collaborative spirit and strong storytelling skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to meet project deadlines.
• Ability to adapt and manage multiple projects, shoots, and priorities.
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite is required.
• Experience shooting on cinema cameras and other on-set equipment (lighting, mics, etc.) is required.
• Experience with photography and light retouching is a plus.
• Personable demeanor and ability to work with passionate people.
