About the position

The Digital Media Producer at Atlanta Vibe is responsible for creating and managing engaging visual content across various digital platforms to enhance the team's brand and community engagement. This role focuses on videography, graphic design, and photography, contributing to the overall marketing strategy and fan experience.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Director of Marketing to develop and drive visual content strategies.
• Design graphics, capture video and photo content, and produce original stories about our players, fans, and partners.
• Capture live game and event content, including action shots, community engagement, and behind-the-scenes moments.
• Quickly edit and refine content, implementing feedback from team members.
• Ensure all content aligns with the Atlanta Vibe brand standards and reflects the team's energy and voice.
• Contribute ideas for fresh, engaging content that keeps our fans excited and engaged.
• Tailor content for platform optimization (Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube).
• Utilize analytics to adjust and optimize content for performance.
• Maintain organized systems for video and image assets, ensuring efficient access and use across projects.
• Support additional projects and responsibilities as needed.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in graphic design, videography, and photography, ideally within a sports or fast-paced digital environment.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
• Experience in social media content creation and familiarity with platform-specific optimization.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management, with the ability to handle multiple projects.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, including nights, weekends, and holidays for events.
• Willingness and ability to travel as needed to capture content at events.
• Basic knowledge of social media metrics and analytics to guide content decisions.
• Ability to direct and engage with on-camera talent.
• Familiarity with high-definition cameras and general production equipment.
