About the position

The Digital Media QA Specialist is responsible for maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency in operational processes and procedures within Launch Potato. This role involves overseeing and optimizing operations to ensure they meet industry standards and organizational objectives, directly impacting the success of campaign launches that connect millions of consumers to clients monthly. The specialist will utilize their attention to detail and analytical skills to identify potential problems and implement effective solutions, collaborating cross-functionally to enhance operational excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Support quality assurance for the company's domains.
  • Maintain the process for building, setting up, and testing tracking URLs across all campaigns and platforms.
  • Reconcile reporting between internal tracking platforms and external client platforms.
  • Conduct investigations for offer discrepancies or malfunctions and find resolutions.
  • Review platform documentation and internal product setup for areas of improvement.
  • Work closely with the Operations team to ensure QA standards are met consistently.
  • Communicate with internal stakeholders on process improvements.
  • Analyze ad hoc performance reports to improve company efficiency.
  • Monitor revenue, conversions, impressions, and clicks for proper reporting.
  • Monitor offer goals to ensure they are firing properly after creation.
  • Ensure QA is implemented with any new processes that are rolled out.
  • Become a subject matter expert for all QA related processes.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years in operations or quality assurance with expertise in digital media advertising.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Understanding of Postback URL tracking and performance marketing methods.
  • Experience with Tune & Yieldspark or similar tracking tools.
  • Experience with Asana or other project management tools.
  • Experience with Looker or similar BI tools like Tableau or PowerBI.
  • Proven abilities to analyze performance reports for company efficiency.
  • Proven problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work East Coast hours consistently.
