About the position

The Digital Media Specialist: Affiliate & Influencer Marketing will coordinate and manage the execution and reporting of paid advertising initiatives, focusing on affiliate marketing for Consumer Brands. This role supports the Partnership and Influencer Media Manager and is crucial for driving brand visibility and sales through effective marketing strategies across digital platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective marketing strategies tailored to affiliate marketing across digital platforms.
  • Identify, onboard & foster growth of ecommerce/affiliate creators on TikTok Shops and future affiliate channels.
  • Manage and optimize campaigns in collaboration with the paid social media team to maximize sales and brand visibility.
  • Monitor and analyze performance data such as Gross Merchandise Value (GMV) and conversion to identify areas of success and improvement.
  • Build relationships with affiliates and influencers/creators to promote Brand's TikTok Shops and products.
  • Project manage to ensure timely launches of ongoing affiliate and creator campaigns.
  • Identify affiliate and influencer/creator pain points and work with cross-functional teams to solve key challenges.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for social listening and proactive discovery of affiliates and creators.

Requirements

  • Four-year degree from an accredited college or university.
  • Minimum of two (2) years in social media and/or affiliate marketing.
  • Minimum of two (2) years in advertising and/or marketing project management.
  • One or more years of experience in an advertising agency and/or Consumer-Packaged Goods organization.
