About the position

Our client is seeking a dynamic and innovative Digital Media Specialist to join their team. This role is centered around Affiliate & Influencer Marketing and will be instrumental in coordinating and managing the execution and reporting of paid advertising initiatives, specifically for our client's Consumer Brands.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective marketing strategies tailored to affiliate marketing across digital platforms.
• Identify, onboard, and foster growth of e-commerce/affiliate creators on platforms like TikTok Shops, focusing on driving brand awareness and conversion.
• Collaborate with the paid social media team to manage and optimize campaigns, maximizing sales and brand visibility.
• Monitor and analyze performance data to identify areas of success and improvement, making recommendations to maximize affiliate results.
• Build relationships with affiliates and influencers to promote our client's products and drive sales.
• Project manage to ensure timely launches of ongoing affiliate and creator campaigns.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for social listening, pro-active discovery of affiliates and creators, and identification of trends and opportunities for growth.

Requirements

• A four-year degree from an accredited college or university.
• A minimum of two years' experience in social media and/or affiliate marketing.
• A minimum of two years' experience in advertising and/or marketing project management.
• Exceptional organizational, presentation, and communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong analytical skills and intermediate proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• The ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
