About the position

The Digital Marketing Specialist at Five Rivers Health Centers is responsible for organizing, developing, creating, executing, and measuring digital marketing campaigns to enhance the organization's brand recognition. This part-time role focuses on informing and educating patients and the community about the services and programs offered by FRHC, encouraging individuals to choose and maintain FRHC as their medical home. The specialist will also analyze data to guide further marketing efforts and develop media plans and schedules.

Responsibilities

  • Develop digital media plan and campaigns that connect all aspects of the organization and share our story with the community.
  • Manage all social media from ideation to execution including calendar, posts, schedules, advertising, engagement and analysis.
  • Create social media content for FRHC programs and services, events and activities, including graphics, writing, editing, publishing, and sharing daily content.
  • Manage Google ad campaigns, Google reviews/responses, and Google maps.
  • Coordinate all digital media data collection, provide strategic analytical evaluation and develop success measurements and improvement plans.
  • Monitor and respond to comments and reviews via social media.
  • Manage internal digital messaging monitors (Carousel).
  • Design printed materials using Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, and Canva.
  • Suggest creative ways to attract more patients to FRHC.
  • Represent FRHC professionally and appropriately in public at community events, partner meetings, and other outreach settings.
  • Work collaboratively with all FRHC departments and community partner organizations.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of digital media, marketing, communications or similar experience.
  • High-school diploma required; bachelor's degree in digital media, marketing or similar preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Proven experience with a variety of social media platforms (including HootSuite, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn).
  • Solid understanding of web traffic metrics, SEO, and social media paid advertising.
  • Ability to manage website (Webflow) and assist with website design changes.
  • Graphic design experience (Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva).
  • Familiarity with Carousel program and managing in-house digital messaging system.
  • Experience managing email marketing (Constant Contact).
  • Good analytical skills, including data collection and analysis.
  • Basic photography and video skills.
  • Ability to learn new things quickly via online training.
  • Collaborative, team-oriented personality.
  • Creative thinker.
  • Solid foundation using the English language (oral and written).
  • Non-profit or healthcare experience a plus.
