About the position

The Digital Media Specialist at Table Mountain Casino is responsible for creating engaging video, photography, and social media content through strategic campaigns. This role involves conceptualizing and executing all video and social media content to inform and engage the audience effectively.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for internal and external video execution in all phases of concept: pre-production, production, and post-production editing.
• Lead marketing presence strategy on all social media platforms, as well as creating content calendars.
• Demonstrate proficiency in capturing, analyzing, and reporting social media analytics.
• Offer strong editorial judgment and ensure accuracy of content posted and responses.
• Plan and execute the production of all internal/social media video filming.
• Responsible for all on and off photography and photo booth needs.
• Collaborate with the Marketing team on promotional and event ideas.
• Assist at on and off property events when needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field required, unless otherwise waived by Executive Management.
• Two (2) years of creative, digital, production, and/or social media work experience within a business setting.
• Experience with Microsoft Office programs, Mac, and a working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premier Pro, After Effects, Lightroom, etc.), Canva, CapCut is preferred.
• Experience producing reels and videos for Social Media (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.) with continuing knowledge of latest trending videos.
• Experience with photography (Lifestyle, Food, Product, etc.) and video equipment, including the latest in editing software is preferred.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Lightroom, etc.)
• Knowledge of social media trends and analytics.
