About the position

We are seeking a Digital Media Supervisor to lead the planning, execution, and optimization of paid search, social, and programmatic campaigns for our clients. This role will manage a team of specialists, drive media strategy, and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure campaign success. As a key member of our media team, you will oversee day-to-day operations, maintain strong client relationships, and leverage data-driven insights to enhance performance across multiple digital channels.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and oversee the execution of paid search, social, and programmatic media strategies that align with client objectives.
  • Monitor and optimize campaigns to drive efficiency, scale, and ROI.
  • Lead cross-channel budget allocation and forecasting to maximize performance.
  • Stay on top of industry trends, platform updates, and emerging technologies to inform strategy and innovation.
  • Serve as the primary client contact, delivering insights, performance reports, and strategic recommendations.
  • Mentor and manage a team of digital media specialists, ensuring strong execution and professional growth.
  • Work closely with internal teams (creative, analytics, account management) to develop holistic, results-driven campaigns.
  • Analyze campaign data and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
  • Develop testing roadmaps to refine audience targeting, ad creative, and bidding strategies.
  • Leverage platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, DV360, The Trade Desk, TikTok Ads, and LinkedIn Ads to optimize performance.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in paid media strategy and execution.
  • Expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, programmatic DSPs, and other digital media platforms.
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience using Google Analytics, Looker Studio, and ad platform reporting tools.
  • Experience managing direct reports and fostering team development.
  • Ability to communicate complex data insights clearly to clients, vendors and other external stakeholders.
  • Hands-on experience with bid management, audience segmentation, and attribution models.
