About the position

The Digital Network Exploitation Analyst (DNEA) Talent and Tradecraft Advisor (TTA) role at CACI involves leading efforts to enhance cyber operations and analyst capabilities within the United States Intelligence Community and Department of Defense. The DNEA TTA will be responsible for upskilling analysts in diverse technologies, expanding analytic methodologies, and implementing tradecraft to identify vulnerabilities and cyber threats. This position requires a strong background in cybersecurity, communication technology, and collaboration with various teams to drive strategic change.

Responsibilities

• Lead efforts in understanding and upskilling analysts in tradecraft of diverse technologies.
• Expand analytic methodology by implementing tradecraft associated with identifying vulnerabilities and cyber discovery.
• Provide thought leadership to shape future cyber operations.
• Assist in growing CACI's cyber operations and Next Generation Analyst portfolio.
• Identify connections and leads between digital communications.
• Write white papers and develop presentations related to cyber operations.

Requirements

• Active TS SCI with polygraph clearance required.
• Degree in Computer Science or related fields with relevant coursework in foundational CS areas.
• 10+ years of relevant experience in computer or information systems design, development, and analysis.
• Experience in DoD or IC organizations conducting cyber operations.
• Ability to apply advanced cybersecurity principles and contribute to innovative Cyber Discovery ideas.
• Experience with SIGINT and AMOD, and processing PCAP/packets efficiently.
• Demonstrative experience with network protocol analyzers such as Wireshark and TCP Dump.
• Experience with scripting languages such as Python or object-oriented programming.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with polymorphic activity and differentiating between Obfuscation vs Encryption.
• Familiarity with Sandboxing and preliminary malware triage.
• Knowledge of the Intelligence Cycle and connections with the Industry Base supporting technical efforts.
