About the position

Belay Technologies is seeking Digital Network Exploitation Analysts (DNEA) to support a new contract. The role involves evaluating target opportunities and strategizing activities against specific networks using all-source data to understand and map target networks. Analysts will develop detailed exploitation and operations plans, requiring a solid understanding of IP core infrastructure, communication devices, and network traffic movements. The position demands experience in SIGINT disciplines, project management, and information analysis, with a focus on computer or information systems design and development.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate target opportunities and strategize activities against particular networks.
• Understand and map target networks using all-source data.
• Develop detailed exploitation and operations plans.
• Analyze and manage projects, capabilities, policies, and procedures.
• Analyze collection-related information to guide tasking and identify problems.
• Assist with collection management and recognize essential elements of information.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related fields (Engineering, Mathematics).
• Relevant experience in computer or information systems design/development/analysis.
• Understanding of logical/physical IP core infrastructure and communication devices.
• Experience in SIGINT disciplines of collection, target development, and tasking.
• Knowledge of programming, computer/network security, vulnerability analysis, and penetration testing.

Nice-to-haves

• Completion of military training in a relevant area such as JCAC.
• Experience in computer forensics and information assurance.
