About the position

As a Digital Onboarding Specialist at Centris Federal Credit Union, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the member experience by processing online account openings and onboarding new members. Responsibilities

  • Process online account openings for new members.
  • Onboard new members and guide them through their financial journeys.
  • Handle account maintenance and research details as needed.
  • Build relationships with members and act as a trusted financial partner.
  • Identify and meet member needs by providing assistance in opening accounts and loans.
  • Perform transactions accurately and efficiently to ensure member satisfaction.
  • Embrace and promote the values, vision, and mission of Centris Federal Credit Union.

Requirements

  • 1 year of experience in a financial institution (required).
  • Sales experience (preferred).
  • 1 year of experience responding to customer messages via electronic means (preferred).
  • High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) or better (required).
