About the position

The Digital Onboarding Specialist at American Marketing & Publishing is responsible for onboarding new digital customers through a warm transfer process. This role involves providing exceptional support during the initial setup of digital products, ensuring a smooth transition for clients after sales have been made. The position requires strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide onboarding for all new OPTIMA™ and +Social customers.
• Take inbound calls from sales reps and pull paperwork from a shared inbox after a sale is made.
• Conduct the initial OPTIMA™ onboarding call with customers to ensure a successful start.
• Register new OPTIMA™ customers into the customer management system, SugarCRM.
• Utilize GoDaddy to purchase and point domains for OPTIMA™ customers.
• Make outbound calls to customers to complete the warm transfer process and ensure quality content for digital sales.
• Warm transfer new CloseBy® Text Marketing sales.
• Assist with administrative duties to support digital customers.
• Provide continuous, constructive feedback to improve processes and systems.
• Perform any other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent work experience required.
• Strong ability to work independently while keeping the manager informed.
• High energy, helpful, and enthusiastic personality.
• Quick thinking with the ability to multi-task and handle a high volume of inbound calls.
• Strong communication skills within a team environment.
• Ability to perform administrative tasks.
• Capable of functioning in a fast-paced, evolving work environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Highly organized with excellent follow-up capabilities.

Nice-to-haves

• College degree preferred but not required.
• Bi-lingual is a plus.
