About the position

The Online Marketing Specialist is responsible for implementing and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across various channels. This role involves managing website content, social media platforms, and email marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility and engagement. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both B2B and B2C marketing, with a focus on analytics and reporting to drive campaign success.

Responsibilities

  • Updating the website
  • Managing newsletters and email mailings
  • Analyzing and managing social media platforms including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn
  • Conducting research on SEO optimization and implementing changes
  • Setting up and dispatching e-communications such as newsletters and invitations
  • Uploading marketing emails to the email marketing tool and connecting links and trackers
  • Liaising with brand managers and suppliers to develop marketing initiatives
  • Staying updated on industry trends and new media tools
  • Developing relationships with internal teams, service providers, and agencies
  • Creating monthly e-marketing content
  • Researching e-newsletter content and liaising with clients and stakeholders
  • Writing copy and sourcing images for newsletters
  • Ensuring client approvals for newsletter content and layout
  • Overseeing the testing and sending of newsletters and event invites

Requirements

  • Experience in online marketing and digital campaigns
  • Strong reporting and analytics skills
  • Ability to manage B2B and B2C campaigns
  • Proficiency in website design and content management
  • Familiarity with social media management tools
  • Experience with email marketing tools
  • Creative design skills, preferably in Adobe
