About the position

The Digital Operations Coordinator will play a crucial role in supporting the digital onboarding and operational processes for hotels utilizing hospitality platforms. This position is focused on delivering seamless digital experiences, adhering to project timelines, and maintaining high-quality standards for hotel requests and digital experiences. The coordinator will work collaboratively with internal teams and third-party vendors to streamline workflows and enhance user experience.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the onboarding process for hotels joining digital channels by coordinating digital assets, managing project timelines, and ensuring quality assurance.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for hotels and internal teams to facilitate smooth integration.
  • Act as the initial contact for hotel inquiries within Salesforce, running daily stand-up meetings to assess team workload, prioritize tasks, and assign cases based on capacity and urgency.
  • Oversee the assignment, tracking, and resolution of cases while generating performance reports to drive continuous improvement.
  • Manage and coordinate ongoing digital projects, including optimizing hotel content and handling translations.
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our digital channels, becoming a subject matter expert to effectively address hotel inquiries and resolve issues.
  • Collaborate closely with Digital Product and Digital Support teams to enhance processes, create reports, and support project management initiatives.
  • Liaise with third-party vendors to resolve issues and optimize platforms.
  • Support the improvement of digital products by keeping UX/UI principles and product management best practices in mind.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Hospitality, Marketing, Project Management, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in project coordination, digital operations, hospitality technology, or a related field, ideally within a digital, product, or customer support environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to serve as a primary contact for hotels, providing clear guidance and addressing inquiries professionally.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a proactive approach to identifying quality issues in digital experiences before they affect hotel users.
