This role is pivotal in managing a high volume of business transactions using our Order Management System (OMS), reporting, and ad serving tools. As an Operations Coordinator, you will provide essential administrative and process support for contract administration, customer service, and order history, acting as an extension of the sales team. Your responsibilities will include assisting with product pricing, sales development, creating sales materials, and managing marketing communications, sponsorship proposals, and recaps. You will also generate contract confirmations, sales activity reports, revenue data, and pool reports, while responding to client requests and managing various administrative tasks such as recording checks, handling contracts for Account Executives, and preparing presentations. In this role, you will need to manage your time effectively, focusing on urgent and important tasks while avoiding procrastination. You should be adaptable to shifts in priorities and urgencies, proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, and familiar with Viero and Salesforce, or demonstrate the ability to learn new systems quickly. Strong attention to detail is crucial, as is the ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing. You will collaborate with colleagues across different levels, maintaining composure in challenging situations and demonstrating a competitive spirit with a desire to advance within the organization. A four-year college degree is required for this position, along with a respect for others and a commitment to professional collaboration.
