About the position

The Digital Operations Coordinator at Molson Coors Beverage Company plays a vital role in the Guest Relations Team, focusing on enhancing website sales and efficiencies. This position involves graphic design, merchandise inventory management, and strategic website initiatives to improve customer engagement and social media presence.

Responsibilities

  • Provide graphic support and design for eCommerce collection headers and marketing materials.
  • Lead site design, maintenance, and layout for all Miller branded merchandise websites.
  • Collaborate with the eCommerce Supervisor to execute marketing plans.
  • Oversee photography operations, including product photography and lifestyle imagery.
  • Create graphic designs for consumer goods that align with brand guidelines.
  • Facilitate and collaborate on social media presence for the Miller Brewery Tour.

Requirements

  • 1 - 2 years of related experience in digital operations or eCommerce.
  • Knowledge of Search Engine Optimization (SEO) is a plus.
  • Ability to complete complex projects quickly and adeptly, understanding business priorities.
  • Strong relationship-building skills and collaboration to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Accountability for results, acting with integrity and honoring commitments.
  • A thirst for learning and a desire to help others grow.
